We are seeking an Administrative Office Manager to become a part of our Rancho Tissue Technologies team! Rancho Tissue Technologies clones plants and grows them in our lab and greenhouses for future sale to domestic and international nurseries. You will be responsible for human resources tasks, accounting, monitoring inventory, issuing shipment instructions, tracking orders, preparing paperwork for domestic and international shipments, and ordering supplies for the office and greenhouse. The majority of your time will be spend on order entry, order and inventory tracking, and shipments
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records
Payroll using ADP
Onboarding of new employees
Participate in investigation and guidance for disciplinary action
Making sure all OSHA requirements are met
AR and AP (QuickBooks)
Banking deposits
Preparing documents for company CPA
Creating packing lists and invoices
Answering phones and directing calls
Daily communication with customers via email and phone
Order entry and tracking
Inventory entry and tracking
Issuing shipment instructions
Arranging domestic and international shipments via fed ex, GLS, and freight forwarders
Ordering supplies
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Human Resources, Accounting, Order Tracking and Shipping
Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
Ability to build rapport with all employees
Strong leadership qualities
Excellent communication skills
Self starter and willing to take initiative
Dedicated to increasing efficiencies
3-5 years of office management to include experience in all areas mentioned above
Experience using Quick books, Excel , Google sheets, Google docs
Proven job stability
Spanish proficiency useful
Educational Requirements
Bachelor Degree required
