We seek an office administrator to support our growing company. You will manage schedules, manage our online payroll portal, answer emails, serve as a point of contact for vendors, and post updates from our executives to our social media accounts as needed. You will also provide administrative support to our team by scanning documents, entering data on spreadsheets, and ordering supplies.
Some of the administrative responsibilities include:
Facilitate the flow of information between management and clients
Facilitate meetings as needed
Manage internal and external communication
Maintain schedule on sheets and google calendar
Purchase and facilitate delivery of office supplies and facilitate office equipment maintenance
Provide administrative support to our field team
Facilitate three to four social media posts per week on Facebook, Twitter and/or Instagram
Job qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills to communication skills to interact with customers, management, and staff
Knowledge of office management, company office procedures, and company policies
Very strong organization skills, time management skills and problem solving skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong multitasking ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
Keen attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
High school diploma (or GED)
