Our company is looking for a reliable Administrative and Personal Assistant to support our accounting team and work directly with the Managing Director.
This role is part admin, part accounting support, and part personal assistant. You will help keep the office and the Managing Director organized and moving.
This is a temp to hire position and all applicants must apply through our staffing agency.
What You Will Do
Work as a direct assistant to the Managing Director
Help keep tasks, priorities, and follow ups organized
Order and coordinate lunches for employees
Coordinate birthdays and small celebrations
Pick up lunch or run small errands when needed
Customer Surveys
Support accounting and admin work
AR work and collections follow ups
Process payments in QB
Enter and review vendor bills
Help with shipping bill review
Filing, organizing AR and AP documents, closing POs
Answer phones and help with general office tasks
What We Are Looking For
AR experience is required
Strong communicator who can speak confidently with customers (many are machine shops)
Very organized and detail oriented
Comfortable juggling many small tasks during the day
Flexible, willing to help wherever needed
QB experience or similar accounting software
Schedule and Pay
Pay: 23.30 per hour
Schedule:
First month: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. (part time)
After first month: 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (full time)
Temp to hire, start as soon as possible
