Rand Engineering is looking for a project manager and/or estimator for our site utility business consisting mainly of water, sewer & storm drain (civil construction) of new commercial projects located within San Diego County. We are a family business looking for someone to join our team and help run projects along with bidding. This is an in person job 40 hours per week at our office in El Cajon.
Requirements: Construction Project Manager Degree (preferred), civil engineering degree or at least 5 years experience in the construction industry with knowledge and ability to read civil plans.
Pay & Benefits: $40-50 per hour and dependent on experience and schooling. We offer 401k plan, Kaiser health insurance, paid sick time and paid holidays.
The successful candidate needs experience with Procore, Plangrid, Bluebeam, Autodesk, excel, and a take off software.
