Primary Responsibilities:
-Answering Multi-Phone system
-Data Entry
-Provide exceptional customer service
-Responsible for Tracking Cases
-Scheduling patients
-May be asked to perform other related duties as assigned
Skills:
-Ability to communicate and problem solve effectively is critical
-Ability to display proper phone etiquette with doctors and office staff
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced work environment
-Ability to effectively communicate
-Pays close attention to detail, and can adapt to changing environments
Requirements:
-Entry Level administrative/customer service experience preferred
-Computer Proficient
-Proficient with MS, Excel, report generating skills
-Ability to multitask along with a strong attention to detail
-Solid written and verbal skills
-Professional
Rate of Pay: $18 - $20/hour
