Assistant Office Manager/Customer Service Rep.

Location: Chula Vista, CA.

Title: Assistant Office Manager/Customer Service Rep.

Pay: $19 - $23/hour, starting pay

Hours: Full-Time M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM

BILINGUAL REQUIRED- Spanish and English

This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train and invest in good talent. Front desk

hotel experience is a plus or any other hospitality background is welcome.

We are an adynamic and customer-focused company dedicated to delivering exceptional service

and quality. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated office Assistant to support our office

manager and contribute to our operational success. As an Assistant Manager/Customer Service

Representative, you are a key team member representing our company as you direct employees

and interact with customers. You are responsible for handling service requests, employee issues,

and customers.

You are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the

highest level of customer service and satisfaction and can manage a variety of situations on a

day-to-day basis effectively.

Specific Responsibilities:

-Manage invoicing and maintain records in QuickBooks.

-Print and organize sales orders.

-Handle incoming and outgoing emails efficiently.

-Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.

-Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized

workspaces.

-Receive incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner

-Return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve breakage issues

-Perform administrative functions including data entry, payment processing, and supply

inventory.

Job Requirements:

-Mac and iPhone proficiency a plus

-Bilingual in English and Spanish a must

-Minimum one year of office MANAGEMENT

-Minimum one year of CUSTOMER SERVICE and/or ADMIN EXPERIENCE

-Strong written and verbal communication skills(English and Spanish)

-Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills

-Positive Attitude

-A team player who can work independently.
