Boutique Accounting Firm in Cardiff-by-the-Sea is seeking a resourceful office/admin assistant to join our team and keep us organized.

We are a busy office of accounting professionals providing exceptional, personalized accounting services to an interesting and diversified client base.

We provide an extremely comfortable, friendly work environment and are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual to handle administrative tasks, manage our client data and round out our team as our company continues to grow.

Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate would have strong administrative, communication and organizational skills. Advanced computer and Excel skills required. Accuracy, attention to detail and a positive attitude are vital traits for this position. Proven experience in another relevant administrative role is a must.

Duties may include the following based on experience:

Create/Maintain Filing Systems

Create/Maintain Excel Spreadsheets

Create/Maintain Client Binders

Open/File Mail

Supply Ordering

Support and maintain office equipment

Work with IT company to resolve computer and network issues

25-30 hours per week to start

Starting compensation $18-20 per hour

Paid holidays, vacation and sick time.
