Boutique Accounting Firm in Cardiff-by-the-Sea is seeking a resourceful office/admin assistant to join our team and keep us organized.

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate would have strong administrative, communication and organizational skills. Advanced computer and Excel skills required. Accuracy, attention to detail and a positive attitude are vital traits for this position. Proven experience in another relevant administrative role is a must.
Duties may include the following based on experience:
Create/Maintain Filing Systems
Create/Maintain Excel Spreadsheets
Create/Maintain Client Binders
Open/File Mail
Supply Ordering
Support and maintain office equipment
Work with IT company to resolve computer and network issues
25-30 hours per week to start
Starting compensation $18-20 per hour
Paid holidays, vacation and sick time.
