Well-established psychology office in Mission Valley is looking for someone who is mature, organized, personable, and responsible to take on office assistant position. Should be Word/Excel/Outlook proficient, detail-oriented, possess the ability to multitask, and be able to type reports from dictation. Duties include assisting two psychologists with daily front office duties, scheduling appointments, light medical insurance and billing, light bookkeeping, and answering phones. Will train.
