Key Respinsibilities:
Prepare itemized breakdowns for bidding and budgeting purposes
Assist with budget development and value engineering solutions
Participate in project hand-off meetings to ensure estimates translate clearly to field execution
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in estimating, project management, or capentry fieldwork
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilitties
Able to draw using catscan and other systems
