Responsible for handling front office duties, including greeting customers, answering phones, offering packages
and services, and scheduling appointments. As well as supplying information regarding the products and
services provided by Pure Grooming to the general public and customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greets persons entering the salon
Answers telephone and make calls to customers with proper etiquette
Provides information to callers
Makes and answers emails/texts to and from customers
Schedules appointments based on the availability from the bathing and grooming booking schedules
Offers products, upgraded packages, and services
Cleans and maintains the reception area, self-wash area, and salon
Checks in pets for use of the self wash
Checks out customers after the finished appointment
Occasionally takes pets to and from kennels
Keeps the salon looking and smelling clean
Checks and restocks inventory
Completes weekly assigned duties
