Our Construction company is hiring a Full Time HR / Office manager to oversee payroll, onboarding, safety meetings, employment separation, subcontractor compliance, office supplies, ordering materials and coordinating deliveries, general filing and customer service. Candidate will be familiar with Quick books, Microsoft office, Excel, Word and PDF.
This position requires someone who is responsible, a problem solver and takes charge to complete tasks.
Minimum 10 years experience performing the duties outlined in this Ad. Background and drug test are required.
Bilingual English / Spanish preferred, but not mandatory.
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Position offers Medical & Dental insurance, Paid holidays, and 401 K matched savings plan. Vacation paid is earned after the 5th year.
