HR/Administrative Assistant for Construction Company

We are looking for an administrative assistant to join our company. Applicants would preferably have 3+ years experience in the construction industry. Must be well-versed in Quickbooks & Excel. Bilingual preferred but not required. Expectations for this position are as follows:

Employee processing & Human Resources

Employee benefits tracking & enrollment

Timesheet tracking & submission for payroll

Tracking PTO/Vacation requests & sick time

Safety/Compliance organization

Management of Foremen paperwork submission

Basic office upkeep & manage supplies
