Office Administrator

We’re looking for a qualified full-time employee to perform a wide range of in-office tasks to improve the efficiency and productivity of our company. We are certified with Konica Minolta and Toshiba lines of office equipment/technologies.

Qualifications Needed:

- Computer Savvy / Literate

- Full-time: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm

- In Office

- Customer Service Experience

- Well organized and detail oriented, strong listening skills

- Openness to receive training

- Team-minded enthusiasm

- Excel, Word

-Data Entry, attention to detail

Job Tasks to Include:

- Communications with customers

- AR / AP Data Entry

- Meter Entry

- Teaming with staff to continue the growth of the business
