Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our custom garage door installation and repair company. This role combines administrative duties, accounting (QuickBooks), and dispatch coordination to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office operations.

- Handle financial operations using QuickBooks, including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and basic bookkeeping

- Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for garage door installations and repairs, optimizing schedules for efficiency

- Oversee customer service operations, ensuring high satisfaction levels and prompt issue resolution

- Maintain inventory records and coordinate with suppliers for office and technical supplies

Required Qualifications

- 3+ years of office management experience

- Proven experience with QuickBooks, including invoicing and financial reporting

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in dispatch coordination

- Background in the garage door industry or similar technical service field

- Knowledge of scheduling software

- Experience in customer service management

- Familiarity with inventory management systems
