POSITION SUMMARY
Our receptionist is our first point of contact for our residents, property managers, and escrow companies visiting our office. Our receptionist will handle inbound and outbound telephone and will assist with maintaining Customer accounts, including taking payments, data entry, and collections calls. Part-time position, up to 28 hours per week.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Welcoming visitors to the office and directing them to the appropriate person
· Answering phone calls and transferring calls to the correct department
· Receiving and sorting mail and packages and dispersing to the appropriate recipient
· Exercise high level of professionalism within the office
· Process payments for residents both in person and over the phone
· Positively reflective the company by providing professional and effective assistance
· Place calls to residents for the purpose of collecting on unpaid invoices and notification of account issues
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
· Respond to customer emails
· Identify and escalate priority issues
· Support other team members with various administrative duties as needed
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

·Strong problem-solving abilities
·Experience working in an office
·Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
