Post-Close Coordinator (Part-Time – La Jolla Village)
Location: On-site, La Jolla Village (second-floor office)
Hours: 8 hours/week - room for growth
Compensation: $25/hour
We are a private lending company seeking a highly organized and reliable Post-Close Coordinator to join our team in La Jolla Village. This part-time role is ideal for someone local who can assist with essential post-closing tasks on-site each week. These tasks can typically be done in one day on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Print, organize, and assemble closing packages for recently funded loans
Ship completed loan files to our institutional lending partners
File and maintain physical loan files within our office system
Assist with light administrative tasks related to post-close processing
Qualifications:
Must live near or within easy access to La Jolla Village
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable with printing and handling sensitive documents
Able to work independently in a quiet, office setting
