Outstanding manufacturing company has an immediate need for a professional / enthusiastic Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities to include:
- Meet, greet and process visitors
- Answer multi lines; transfer calls; take accurate messages as needed
- Assist HR with special administrative projects
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years recent related reception/administrative support experience
- Proficient with MS Office - Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- High degree of confidentiality
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
Hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
