Position Overview:
As our Salon Manager/Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our salon. This role involves managing salon activities and delivering exceptional customer service to enhance our clients' experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Salon Management: Oversee daily salon operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory control, rent collection, and social media management.
Client Interaction: Warmly greet clients, manage appointment bookings, and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, process transactions, and manage salon communications.
Customer Service: Address client concerns and feedback promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Requirements:
Proven experience in salon management or a similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in salon management software is a plus.
