Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Telemarketing Manager to lead our telemarketing team and drive our outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telemarketing and sales, with strong leadership skills and a passion for helping homeowners realize their remodeling dreams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to increase lead generation.
Manage, train, and motivate the telemarketing team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Maintain a database of leads and track communication effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in telemarketing or sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of telemarketing best practices and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Requirement: must have experience in industry (home remodeling and renovation)

Salary:
The typical salary for a Telemarketing Manager in North County San Diego ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional performance bonuses and benefits may apply.
