Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Representative and Payroll Manager to join our dynamic team. This dual-role position involves managing HR operations while overseeing payroll processes to ensure compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-versed in labor laws, and passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.

Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.

Manage HR policies, ensuring compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations.

Oversee employee benefits programs and facilitate open enrollment.

Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

Assist in recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.

Provide training and support to management on HR practices and company policies.

Payroll Management:

Accurately process bi-monthly payroll for employees across various locations.

Ensure compliance with all payroll-related regulations and tax laws.

Manage time and attendance systems, resolving discrepancies as needed.

Reconcile payroll records and prepare reports for management.

Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll accounting.

Stay updated on payroll best practices, trends, and legislative changes.

Qualifications

Language: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Human Resources and Payroll management roles.

Skills:

Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paychex) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong understanding of labor laws, payroll regulations, and HR compliance.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
