Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Construction/Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in overseeing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. You will work closely with senior project managers and site supervisors to learn and implement project plans, manage resources, and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of construction projects.
Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, equipment, and materials.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve project issues and ensure smooth workflow.
Conduct regular site inspections and attend meetings to keep all parties informed of project status and changes.
Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships.
Assist in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
Requirements:
NOT REQUIRED but encouraged - Bachelor’s degree (or enrolled) in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
