We are seeking an Onsite Manager for our 28 Unit Community located in City Heights, CA. The Manager will report to the Regional Manager. This is considered a part time job, so you would be able to have additional employment as long as you are available during business hours to perform your duties at the property.
JOB SUMMARY:
· Will work with the Regional Manager to effectively manage the property and accomplish property objectives as set
forth by the Regional Property Manager and the property owner
· Collect rents and prepare for pick up from Regional Manager
· Deliver delinquent notices as instructed
· Deliver notices to tenants as needed
· Show vacancies to prospective tenants
· Verify income and rental history for prospective tenants
· Prepare and execute new tenant lease
· Prepare and execute rent renewals for existing tenants
· Walk unit with exiting tenant
· Schedule and supervise vendors for apartment turns and general maintenance
· Supervise tenants to ensure rules are being enforced
· Maintain property cleanliness by picking up debris and leaves from property, including parking lot, laundry room and
property grounds, daily
· Wipe down laundry room daily·
· Maintain monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received
REQUIRED SKILLS: Only those that meet this requirement will be contacted.
· A minimum of one (1) year of on-site apartment property management experience
COMPENSATION:
· 1 Bedroom apartment (Must live at the property)
· Wages TBD
