Seeking a reliable Property Manager to assist with day-to-day tasks including tenant communication, coordinating repairs, rent collection, and basic financial tracking. Prepare and manage budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting. This role offers the flexibility to work from home while managing properties around San Diego.
Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, and able to work independently. Some property management experience is preferred. Real estate finance knowledge is a plus.
