We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Short-Term Rental Property Manager to help manage day-to-day operations across multiple rental properties. This role blends guest communication, property oversight, and hands-on handyman work.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure positive guest experiences and manage reviews.
Property Oversight & Maintenance
Perform handyman work (repairs, troubleshooting, small fixes).
Conduct property inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
Restock and maintain property supplies (linens, toiletries, amenities, kitchen).
Owner Support
Provide updates regarding performance and upkeep.
Suggest improvements to maximize property value and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or short-term rentals preferred.
Handyman skills required – must be able to handle property repairs.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Reliable transportation and flexible availability (on-call for urgent issues).
1099 only, $25 a hour, 25 hours a week.
Typical hours 10am- 3pm
