You would have a portfolio of 275 units in La Jola, Carmel Valley, Mira Mesa, San Marcos, Etc comprised of condos, houses and apartments.
Best to live north of 8 but from Carmel Valley Soutn.
Fast paced leasing: Determine rents, advertise, take photos, qualify tenants, lease administration show vacants.
Handle Maintenance and Unit Turnover oversight: Enter tenant request, contact vendors, oversee in house team progress, give feedback to the tenants.
Tenant issue troubleshooting: Deal with neighbor complaints, collect rents
Required: CA real estate license or 6 months to complete. 3 years experience within the industry.
