The site building manager serves as a liaison between the Board of Directors and property manager, owners, renters, janitorial staff, maintenance personnel, vendors and inspectors.
Under the direct supervision of the Board and Atlantic & Pacific Management, the site building manager assists in conducting the ongoing affairs of the Association by:
A. Performing administrative tasks and some maintenance tasks
B. Coordinating common area maintenance, cleanliness and safety and programs
C. Managing moves and deliveries
D. Coordinating with vendors and inspectors
E. Assisting with enforcement of House Rules
F. Performing other duties as assigned
