On-Site Apartment Manager needed
SDAB is currently seeking an On-Site Resident Manager for a 19 unit building in Ocean Beach. This position is Part Time-20 hours per week $20.00 an hour. Must live on site, 2- Bedroom Apartment.
Abilities needed for this position:
Customer service attitude toward residents, prospective tenants, vendors, and co-workers
Show apartments and complete lease agreements accurately
Keep the property litter free and welcoming to guests and residents
Collect and deposit rents, and issue late/eviction notices
Phone and Computer skills
Understand Fair Housing laws and able to apply them in real world situations
Previous experience in these fields will make you stand out.
