Seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Facilities Manager for expanding portfolio of industrial and office properties. Responsible for self-performance of and/or oversight of third-party repair and maintenance tasks in the company's owned and managed properties with the goal of maintaining excellent physical condition while minimizing expense.
Proficiency in basic repair and maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical carpentry, painting, general repairs, safe operation of power and hand tools and other equipment). Must have excellent English communication and customer service skills. Bilingual a plus. Be willing to 'take ownership' of the properties and have a 'can-do' attitude where no job is too big or too small to be completed efficiently and cost effectively.
5+ years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or commercial construction. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Benefits include medical insurance, personal time and 401k.
