EQ San Diego is looking for a security guard to join our team to
provide security for our guests and staff, help ensure a
safe environment and reputation, and protect the
property and assets of our space.
Must have a valid California Guard Card and familiarity with city, state, and federal
smoking and alcohol laws. Must have a basic understanding on how to check IDs.
We're looking for professional security guards who will:
Be available nights and weekends
Respond quickly to resolve problems
Maintain integrity and a professional work ethic
Focus on serving our clients and their guests
Report any criminal activity
Ensure our guests, our property, and our staff are
protected
Provide a safe and secure environment with excellent
customer service
Be comfortable working with the LGBTQ community
A minimum of one year working bar security. Not require but, a significant plus.
