Business Development Manager / Sales Representative
Base Salary plus Unlimited Commission

As a Surface Experts Business Development / Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management, facilities maintenance, construction and other industries. Our services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers and keep top-of-mind. Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting in person with 10-15 contacts a day.
On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
Meeting customers in a variety of industries including Apartment, Hotels, Movers, Builders / Construction, Restaurants
Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
Educating about Surface Experts capabilities and limitations
Earning the trust of our customers
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Leveraging our sales process
We give you the script and training to help you sell confidently and help you practice
Use our CRM to track customers from lead to work order and all steps in between
Use data, brainstorm and hunt to find new leads and opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Customer-facing experience; preferably some experience cold-calling and/or B-to-B sales
Goal-oriented, self-starter, ambitious, positive and energetic
Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a verifiable clean driving record
Professional, caring and service-minded
Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
Willing to complete / undergo a background check
Preferred Skills:
General working knowledge of property, real estate, hospitality and/or construction industries
Experience using CRM tool and process
Experience working in base + commission environment
Sales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B-to-B sales
