Experienced Construction Sales Representative – Commission Only (High Earnings)

Earnings Potential: $20,000–$30,000+/month based on performance
We are a busy, growing residential construction company receiving 30+ qualified leads per week, and we are looking for a HIGHLY EXPERIENCED Construction Sales Representative.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION.
SALES EXPERIENCE IN CONSTRUCTION IS A MUST — NOT OPTIONAL.
Due to workload and volume, we do not have time to train someone from the ground up. You must already understand the construction industry and how to sell construction services.
REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):
Proven sales experience in construction
Strong knowledge of:
ADUs
Home remodels
Roofing
Windows
Concrete
General residential construction
Ability to qualify leads properly
Comfortable discussing pricing expectations and budgets upfront
Strong follow-up skills (phone, email, CRM-style workflows)
Professional communication and closing ability
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Follow up with every single lead (approx. 30/week)
Persistent follow-up until:
Contact is made
Consultation is scheduled
Lead is qualified or disqualified
Schedule 15-minute free consultations
Set budget expectations BEFORE site visits
Implement and manage:
Daily & weekly email blasts
Pre-scheduled follow-ups
Client newsletters and updates
Stay informed on:
ADU regulations
Company services
Ongoing offerings and updates
Eventually:
Attend appointments
Meet clients in person
Actively close deals
COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
Commission-Only (to start)
Very high commissions
Strong performers can earn $20K–$30K+ per month
Base + commission may be discussed ONLY after performance is proven
This role is commission-only by design — motivation and performance matter. If you can sell construction, you will make serious money here.
