Job description

We are looking to hiring an experience Finance/ Desk Manager for a reputable family owned independent pre-owned automotive dealership in San Diego California.

We are looking for a customer focused Finance/Desk professional that is proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability. If you are looking for a long-term opportunity with a high-volume dealership, we want to hear from you!

Automotive Finance/Desk Manager Responsibilities:

Fully proficient with title laws and registration process

Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit

decisions, and effectively closes deals.

Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines.

Prepares paperwork and contracts and delivers deals.

Prepares and mails all deal packages with complete and proper documentation to lenders and/or.

Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts.

Greeting customers to quickly and effectively transition from Sales to Finance during their vehicle purchase process.

Contracting Customers

ability to sign up new prime lenders.

Organize deal jackets, to company standards

Providing an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Ability to Up-selling front and back products.

Answer calls in a prompt, polite, professional manner

Assist Business Office with vehicle cost entering

Prepare and Receive packages/envelopes

Work Closely with Management

Self-Motivated and Competitive

Critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills

And miscellaneous office duties

Requirements:

At least one year of previous experience working as a Finance or Desk Manager at an automotive dealership is required

Time Management Skills

Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills

Attention to details is a MUST

Valid Driver’s and Sales License.

Proficient with computer, including Microsoft Office

High School diploma or equivalent

Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience

Ability to set and achieve targeted goals

Highly detailed-oriented and organized

Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills

Experience and desire to work with technology

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation, and professional appearance and presentation skills.

Job Type: Full-Time

Benefits: Good pay plus commissions per sale.
