Job Description:
As a Roofing Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating new business and closing sales for our roofing products and services. Your role will involve identifying potential customers, understanding their roofing needs, and presenting our solutions effectively. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct site visits to assess roofing needs and provide accurate estimates and recommendations.
Present and sell roofing products and services to prospective clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors.
Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in roofing sales or a similar field.
In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, products, and installation processes.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet client needs.
Compensation:
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.
