About these Roles:
We’re looking for a friendly and motivated SoftWave Technician & Lead Front Desk to join our innovative team. These role will have some cross training but combines hands-on treatment with patient care and front desk coordinaton. Don’t worry if you’re new to SoftWave or Chiropractic—we’ll provide all the training you need!
What You’ll Do:
Deliver SoftWave treatments with care, helping patients feel better and recover faster.
Be the go-to person for patients, from their first call to their successful treatment working alongside our doctors.
Support the front desk with scheduling and phone calls.
Help coordinate and support community wellness events.
Keep accurate records of treatments and communications.
Be apart of an expanding wellness practice in La Mesa.
Who You Are:
- Ideally have some experience in working with the body (physical therapy, nursing, sports science, massage, yoga, personal training, i.e.)
- A great communicator who enjoys helping people.
- Organized and good at multitasking.
- Excited to learn new technologies and treatment methods.
