Full-time or Part-time position
Preferred Qualifications / Skills:
- EXCELLENT customer service skills is a MUST
- Knowledge of auto parts and supplies is a MUST
- Familiar with Mitchell1 software is a MUST
- Ability to adopt to work environment
- Able to multi-task
- Spanish Speaker is a plus, but not required
Main Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Input/track work orders through computer
- Ensure timely completion of work order and invoice submission
- Prepare written estimates for service work and parts
- Direct technicians
- Answer phones and deal with walk-in clients
- Track service/work orders
- Call Vendors for parts
- Timely follow-up with customer
- Communicate and work well with the other Service Writers
