We are looking to immediately hire a maintenance technician that has proficiency in drywall work and patches to our growing team! We are Repair Pros Contractor Service, Inc. based out of Chula Vista and servicing all of San Diego. We specialize in plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring repairs as well as general handyman services.
Shift and Schedule: 8-hour shifts, weekdays, 8am-4:30pm

Responsibilities:
Assist in troubleshooting and performing all necessary repairs and installations to the apartment, house or rental
property, including plumbing, carpentry, drywall, and electrical.
Ensure resident requested service orders are completed on a timely basis.
Purchase/pick up materials with our company accounts.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Basic knowledge of plumbing & electrical troubleshooting and installations (light switches, outlets, fixtures, toilets,
faucets, angle stops, tub shoots/drains, shower cartridge and sink leaks).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
Must provide own work truck (mileage reimbursement provided).
Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds.
Able to proficiently use mobile devices and tablets.
EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE IN DRYWALL PATCHING IS A PLUS!
