The Role:
Initially, you’ll step into the role of Maintenance Division Manager, bringing your expertise in landscape maintenance and plant knowledge to lead a dedicated team. As you settle in and demonstrate your leadership abilities, you'll transition to the position of General Manager, overseeing all operations and helping to shape the future of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
Landscape Industry Knowledge: You know plants, maintenance, and the ins and outs of the landscape business.
Leadership Skills: You can motivate and lead a team, ensuring high-quality work and a positive culture.
Hard Work & Drive: You’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty to make things happen.
A Network: You have established connections in the industry, and if you bring new business to the company, you’ll earn 50% of the billing after just 6 months!
