We are an established property management company looking for a hard-working Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role will work with our maintenance team to provide general maintenance across our properties. You will be responsible for general work order maintenance tasks and apartment turn-over or remodel functions including but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, painting, moving appliances, and all other duties as assigned.
Skills / Experience
Apartment remodel: drywall, hanging cabinets, vinyl plank flooring, doors, bath and tile install, electrical, plumbing, etc.
Exterior improvements: stucco, siding, wood repair, hardscape, etc.
Electrical: outlets and switches, breakers, light fixtures,
Plumbing: fixtures, angle stops, recirc pumps, supply lines, sweat copper pipes, drainpipes and water heaters
Appliance repair: range, heaters, HVAC experience a plus
Safety: equipment, process and best practice
Welding experience a plus
Requirements:
Valid license and reliable transportation (truck or SUV preferred)
Have all required tools for general home maintenance
Smartphone and general proficiency around technology
