Now hiring a Maintenance Technician for a luxury mobile home community in Carlsbad, CA.
Will need to be professional, punctual and be able to take and follow direction, balance workload and communicate effectively with management, residents and guests of the community. Will perform basic maintenance and repairs for residents per Supervisor direction and process. Duties will be light utility work, minor paint, plumbing and electrical. Will need basic maintenance tools and anything large provided by the client. Will be doing work that is connected to the property but not inside of any occupied residences.
This is a temp-to hire opportunity and pay is up to $26.00 per hour DOE M-F 40 hours per week.
Verifiable experience. Handyman and former military encouraged to apply. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the day. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver license. Must be able to pass all pre-hire screening. And most importantly be committed to working safely.
