We are a general construction company specializing in residential remodels including but not limited to: kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and ADU’s. We are based in Mission Valley but service all of San Diego County. As we begin to take on new projects, we are looking to expand our team with a Construction Foreman.
As a Construction Foreman, you will play an essential role in overseeing and managing all of the in field aspects of our projects from start to finish. Your job duties will include:
- Supervise on-site crew while encouraging productivity, quality, and safety.
- Support on-site operations by ensuring that our crew has all materials needed.
- Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and our crew to ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients regarding project status, scheduling, and punch list items.
- Identify and address issues that may arise during construction to keep projects on track.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman/lead in residential construction projects.
- Spanish fluency is a plus!
- Knowledge of construction safety and general knowledge of multiple trades.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
- Computer literacy (Google Sheets, Google Docs)
