Perform part-time maintenance tasks, such as installing hangers, mounting TVs, fixing damages, repairing minor drywall, cleaning drains, etc. Accept jobs when available, as demand requires. There is no obligation to accept every job, this is a part-time contracted position. You will often be contacted day before or day of to complete tasks.

Required:
Must own basic tools, have maintenance/handy skills, have reliable transportation, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience preferred, no on site training.
