SUMMARY
The Lead Laundry Mechanic ("Mecanico/a de Lavanderia")troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs all onsite laundry equipment at the Evans laundry facility. The candidate must be able to check proper operation of all onsite laundry and support equipment including but not limited to electronic control systems, electrical services, pneumatic systems, hydraulic and mechanical systems, motors, pumps, sensors, gear drives, water softeners and heaters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment problems.
Troubleshoots and repairs electronic control systems, electrical relays, and power source issues.
Troubleshoots and repairs combustion systems.
Troubleshoots and repairs electric motors, pumps, valves, and boilers.
Maintains orderly condition of the assigned work area.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED.
At least 3 yearsof relevant experience and/or training.
A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for either requirement.
Previous similar position in a hotel, or similar business entity preferred.
Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
Ability to always maintain a friendly, professional, team-oriented, positive demeanor and diplomatic attitude, especially under stress or challenges.
Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
