Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 5 years Residential HVAC Installation experience preferred
-Excellent attitude and customer relations (Team Player)
-EPA Certified
-Good Driving Record
-Able to Pass Drug/Background Check (no felonies)
-Own hand tools and cell phone
-Company truck provided (must live within our service area)
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Dependable and reliable
-High regard for quality work
-High School or equivalent diploma
-Excellent references
Salary/Wage: Top pay for the right fit + SPIFFS (incentives)
Hours/Days: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with overtime as needed, Mon. - Fri. (some Saturdays required during cooling season)
