Seeking an experienced all around maintenance technician with proficiency in plumbing who is detail-oriented, works well with tenants and has a strong ability to handle a wide range of diverse repair, replacement and renovation projects.

We are a full service property management company includes a 18 person plumbing, maintenance and painting team. Job Tasks
Interior apartment renovations
Troubleshoot a wide variety of plumbing issues on the typical San Diego aging housing stock.
Install, repairs and maintenance, meeting the highest level of building standards
Emergency repairs such as slab leaks and water heater installs
Keep track of job time and provide accurate job description
Qualifications & Industry Knowledge
A minimum of 5 years of handyman or plumbing or carpentry experience
Must have and carry your own tools
Must have a truck or van plus a valid license and insurance
Troubleshooting – Have the ability to identify problems quickly and efficiently.
Read/Write - Ability to read service orders and write job summary in English. Ability to write out a time sheet
Communication - Ability to follow directions and to communicate with Vice-Presidents, property managers, supervisors, and co-workers
Own and know how to operate a cellphone
Compensation
$32.50 per hour depending upon experience
$5.00 per hour vehicle allowance
