Your Role at West Coast Home Stays
As the Maintenance Technician & Property Inspector, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring properties meet the highest standards of maintenance and cleanliness. Your responsibilities include:
Maintenance Work: Handle plumbing, electrical, drywall, and household repairs (e.g., fixing toilets, installing fixtures, replacing wax rings).
Property Inspections: Ensure properties are clean, safe, and functional; identify improvements and perform preventative maintenance.
Tech Tools: Use platforms like Monday.com, Hostaway, Slack, and Breezeway/Operto to manage tasks.
Travel: Visit properties across San Diego daily.
What We’re Looking For
Ownership & Initiative: Takes full responsibility and drives results.
Adaptability: Excels in fast-paced environments.
Time Management: Organized and effective at prioritizing tasks.
Detail-Oriented: Ensures high property standards.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of recent experience in property maintenance and inspection or a related field is required. 3 or more years of hands-on experience preferred. Preventative maintenance is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Proficient with maintenance management tools.
Reliable Transportation: Must have a car, a valid license, and clean driving record.
