About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented contract painter to support residential apartment turnover painting projects. This includes full unit paints and touch-ups between tenant move-outs. The ideal candidate takes pride in clean lines, fast turnaround, and delivering professional results.
Responsibilities:
Prep surfaces: patch, sand, caulk, and protect surrounding areas
Perform full-unit or partial repaints (walls, trim, doors, closets, etc.)
Execute precise touch-ups and color matching
Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Communicate with project leads to stay on schedule
Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of residential or apartment turn painting experience
Must have own tools, transportation, and be able to work independently
Reliable, punctual, and able to meet project deadlines
Familiar with airless sprayers, brushes, and rollers
Ability to complete unit turns quickly and cleanly
General liability insurance preferred but not required
Nice to Have:
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Experience in occupied unit paint touch-ups or minor drywall repair
