We are seeking a skilled and reliable Skid Steer Operator / Roller Operator / Raker to
join our paving crew. This multi-function role is critical in ensuring efficient and high-
quality asphalt installation. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating
paving equipment, understands proper asphalt handling and compaction techniques,
and is capable of raking and finishing work to meet job specifications.
