We are looking for genuinely good people that want to work as a team to accomplish the goal of installing quality solar for our customers. We use premium products and don't cut corners, we actually care about the work we are doing and want to bring in like minded people. If you have installed solar before or any trade company where your boss and co-workers don't care and just clock in and clock out this is not like that here.
BONUS pay structure means work less get paid MORE. Get paid for working hard and have the confidence working in a growing field for a growing installer with plenty of work to offer.
Experience is a plus but willing to train someone who is willing to learn. Solar is not that hard and if you are mechanically inclined you can pick it up in your first week no problem.
We have a laid back job site water breaks when you need them, listen to music outside all day, have fun while you work!
Installer 1 Helper ($20-23/hr. + OT = $40k/year + OT)
Installer 2 Roof Lead ($24-27/hr. + OT = $50k/year + OT)
Lead Installer ($28-30/hr. + OT = $60k/year + OT)
