Position Overview
As a licensed Branch lll Termite Inspector, you will exhibit outstanding customer service skills while delivering high quality inspections to our valued customers. You will be assigned presold jobs through PestPac and will conduct comprehensive inspections of residential homes, apartments complexes and duplexes.
As a Termite Inspector, you will
Dress professionally, arrive on time and conduct a thorough inspection of the property
Perform comprehensive inspections on every job
Propose termite treatments and wood repair costs whenever damage is identified during inspections
Recommend course of action and provide a written estimate for treatment and repair
Produce exceptional report-writing
Attend all Sales training and meetings as required
Requirements
Licensed Branch lll through Structural Pest Control Board (SPCB)
At least one year industry experience
A valid driver’s license and a clean DMV record
Able to pass a drug screening
Verifiable references
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent computer and presentation skills
A professional manner and appearance

One Saturday a month required
Compensation
$1,000 sign-on bonus!
$25.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience
