Custom architectural woodwork firm in El Cajon. Looking for full-time custom woodworker that takes pride in their work, detail oriented, team player.
Scope of shop duties: Run CNC machine for custom parts manufacturing; lay out cabinets and create parts list, cut and assemble. Build custom woodwork. Familiar with hand and power tools used in build process. Possess basic hand tools for the scope of cabinet installations. Use tools: sliding table, large drum sander, planers, edge bander, etc.
Good attitude. Honest. Be accountable. Wants to work. Good at problem solving. Strong communication skills. Be willing to learn. Be on time. Must be self-motivated. Be able to read floor plans and shop drawings. Work alone or with a team.
